Shipping policy

After selecting the shipping method and completing your order, we will arrange the shipping courier and ship your items as soon as the carrier is able. Delays may occur for various reasons and we will attempt to inform you within a reasonable time about these delays. 

Common shipping delays include, but are not limited to: weather, postal/railway strike, manufacturer defect, holidays, virus (such as COVID-19), loss of package.

If there are any additional fees applicable to the delivery of your items, we will contact you ASAP to inform of the additional charge, all of which must be collected prior to delivery.
